"Who does ol' clockwork think he is? I'll have him know that I am the strongest one on this worthless rock."- Apollo after Chronokwork chides him for his behaviour.

Tabris's loyal servant, Chronokwork has been granted limited control over time. With the power of the S2 Chrono Engine, very few can survive against the strongest of Tabris's cabal.
Personality
Chronokwork is a patient individual who holds Tabris in high regard. As such, he is the personal enforcer of Tabris's will and the only one who hasn't considered defecting. Despite this, he looks down on Tabris's other henchmen and consider them all to be unworthy of their leader's will.

Other Notes
Chronokwork was once human but had modified his body so heavily that he's effectively a machine. 
Much like Tabris, he sees Apollo and Andromeda's squabbling as childish. As such, their usefulness to Tabris's goals are the only reason he hasn't killed them himself.
Chronokwork hasn't defected from Tabris because he knows that he'll get nothing out of it. Even if he did, Tabris could simply choose to shut off his S2 Chrono Engine and leave him to die.
Despite his loyalty to Tabris, he resents how he tore the Gates of Hell open because it leaves demons to roam the planet.
He is aware of The Greater and how his EM civilisation fell. He also considers Deludere's control of time to be of interest even in spite of it's flaws.
In his eyes, Team Skeleton are a bunch of useless nobodies who are obsolete. As such, he's annoyed once they resurface in order to take revenge upon Tabris for firing them. 
With his power, he feels that the Gods themselves are weak and that Tabris shall destroy them when the time comes.
Chronokwork's design is supposed to represent both his control of time and his clockwork elements. His name is even a portmanteau of 'chrono' and 'clockwork'.
